Luxuriance Headspa & Esthetics is run by licensed esthetician Tiffany Nguyen. Tiffany specializes in luxury services such as luxury headspa, lash extensions, facials, waxing, brow enhancements, and more. Please wear no eye makeup or strip lashes to your lash appointment. Please come with CLEAN lashes. I will charge an extra fee if I have to over-clean or remove strips/strip lash glue or mascara from your lashes beforehand. Lash refills are required at least every 3 weeks. Some clients may be able to go longer due to hair growth cycle but 3 weeks is recommended for upkeep. You MUST have at least 40% of your lashes for it to be considered a refill so it is very important to prebook and upkeep with your lash refills. If you book a refill and come in with barely any lashes left I may have to reschedule you due to timing. Please be advised you will also have to pay for a full set. All services are non-refundable. You have 48 hours after your appointment to contact me if you’re dissatisfied with your lashes so I can access the issue and get you in asap to fix/redo them if needed. If you are experiencing any type of reaction to the lashes please reach out to me asap for a removal. Cancellation policy: I charge a 20% cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment day of your lash appointment. No show appointments will be charged a 20% fee as well. If you no show without reaching out to me or responding you will be banned from booking with me moving forward. Please reach out to me in advance if you need to cancel or are not going to make it to your appointment. (No deposits required.)
