Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance. No call no shows will be charged 50 % of the booked service, (you will be responsible for paying for the full service before booking any future appointments). Any appointments booked the day of are automatically booked within the cancellation policy. Kindly note that when a service is booked, the time is reserved for you specifically. All deposits are Non-Refundable once appointment is booked.
